
It 's the first Monday in March has been declared Casimir Pulaski Day in 1997, the General Assembly of Illinois. This man is believed one person was saved by General George Washington in 1777. As a proud Polish-American, I am pleased to celebrate this day. Many Poles living in Chicago, so they are Casimir Pulaski Day, as well.
Casimir Pulaski day, seeking not only to honor this man, but the Polish-American heritage. Keep in touch with our roots is something that is very important for the Europeans. The parents of my grandmother took her to Poland and had to change its name to Jordan by the hatred of the Poles. It is good that we can all celebrate Casimir Pulaski Day together.
