ACC tournament schedule 2011 and Big East tournament bracket was announced, reminding all fans of college basketball, the most wonderful time of year is upon us. The Big 12 and Big Ten conferences have also received their accessories, and during the day, our conference champions will be appointed, and we want our 2011 NCAA bracket full of hopes and dreams of Cinderella team and alma mater.
My heart belongs to the ACC conference - I grew up in Virginia, went to Boston College and raised the UNC fans. But we really need the ACC tournament this year?
I say the right to hunt. It bothers me to leave Boston College in the mix here (although defeated UNC 48-46 loss), but I think we all agree that the two best teams in the conference, UNC and Duke.
Tar Heels are number one seed after an impressive, if not dominant victory for the Blue Devils in Chapel Hill on Saturday. We believe that students attacked the referee? No, but it was a great victory for first place and secured to the season, a game piece (Durham, Duke beat UNC 79-73 in February).
The number four and number three in the State of Florida Clemson team is hard to beat Tar Heels two squadrons of two points, but whatever. In the last six ACC Tournament, won the UNC and Duke. Over the last 20 tournaments, was 18 times winner of the state of North Carolina. This tournament has become predictable, so put your money in a team of North Carolina and forget the rest.
Let us all save a bit of damage, Mike Patrick and Dick Vitale provide the opportunity to rest his vocal chords, and go to the UNC vs Duke final in Greensboro on Sunday. UNC is # 1 seed in the NCAA tournament, Duke will receive a 2 for everyone to leave in the coming weeks to participate in the wings, beer and College Hoops.
