Bank of America, Contract No. 2 of the Chicago bank, said Tuesday that "some customers may experience slow" if they try to bank online, but are able to bank online, "the Bank of America spokeswoman Tara Burke, Murphy said.
Bank of America declined to say how many customers are affected.
Some consumers have complained that BofA's online banking site is down or running slowly.
In January Bofa said its online banking site was down for a "subset" of customers, but that "most" of the candidates could still bank online.
glitch last year stopped online banking for Chase, the largest bank in Chicago during the day.
